Biodiversity monitoring

I have a large expertise in monitoring of birds, insects and mammals. I can design and carry out highly sophisticated monitoring projects, including data management, analysis and communication.

Wetland ecology and management

I deliver advise on the ecology and management of wetland ecosystems, using my experience gained in several organisations and expeditions, at Wetlands International and currently the board of the Working Group on International Waterbird and Wetland Research (WIWO).

Avian influenza monitoring and sampling

I participate in projects on avian influenza sampling in wild birds. I have joined avian influenza sampling expeditions to Sudan in 2006 and 2007 (see below).

Training on wetlands and waterbird monitoring and avian influenza

I organise and deliver training on wetland ecology, policy and on waterbird monitoring and avian influenza.
