Terms of use for the image library
Use of images is prohibited without prior approval of the administrator (Niels Gilissen);
Use of images is only allowed by a person or an organisation using a login name that has been provided by the administrator;
Use of images is only allowed after the usage price has been agreed upon between the administrator and user for each downloaded image;
Each image can be published only once after download; multiple publications have to be agreed upon by the administrator and will be charged accordingly;
After receiving an image, the user will receive an electronic invoice, that has to be paid within 14 days after receival;
Copyright remains with the photographer (Niels Gilissen) unless copyright is allowed to be bought by the user after agreement with the administrator
MIRATIO does not bear any responsibility for technical failures during downloading images
By using the image library, the user automatically agrees with the above mentioned terms (1-7)
